Installation Guide

Mark positions for where the screws will be fixed. Our Cembloc FCB screws are self drilling so NO pilot hole is required. Set the item you are fixing on in the position where it is being fixed and and go to the marked screw position. Select either a manual screw driver of the correct size, or fit the correct PH2 (Phillips) drive bit to a powered screw driver and tighten the screw fully. Ensure that you apply pressure as you tighten the screw to help it drive through the board, pressure also helps the driver bit from slipping and damaging the screw head. It is recommended not overtighten the screw as again this can cause damage and over-rotation. If using a powered screw driver ensure that the speed setting is not too high.
