Delivery Time & Price Guideline (Please read carefully)
Once your order is placed with us our logistics team will be in touch with you to confirm a convenient delivery date and time, dependant on economy or premium choice selected at checkout. For ‘Off the Shelf’ insulation materials, all orders will be ready for despatch within 1-3 working days of order placement. For items that have a manufacturing process this lead time then increases to 3-5 working days. Some longer lead time items are excluded, however this will be shown in the product listing e.g. Acoustic Doorsets, however these are unprecedented times therefore unpredictable. Please bear with us and be rest assured that we are doing everything we can to give you the best and fastest service possible. Orders placed after 11am will be processed the following day.

Free Delivery:
Any orders put on free delivery will be placed on a 5-6 day working days.

Please Note
All deliveries must be signed for therefore someone must be on site to receive the delivery.
Delivery access - Orders may be delivered in trucks of up to 28 tons. Therefore, it is important that your property is accessible by such vehicles. Please inform us of any delivery restrictions.
Our deliveries are made by driver only vehicles, as such the pallet will be delivered to the curb side only, and they will not be able to carry the goods into your property.
Any failed deliveries due to the customer not being able to take delivery may be charged to the customer at our standard rate.

Delivery Timelines, How Long Will It Take?
For basic raw materials, our standard delivery is 3-5 working days for orders placed before 12pm, delivery does not guarantee 3-5 day delivery, however every effort is made by us and the courier to achieve this goal. Orders taken on Friday after 12pm, Saturday or Sunday will be uploaded on the following Monday (excluding Bank Holidays) and scheduled for delivery thereafter.
For the more bespoke materials and systems where there is a manufacturing process involved, we are then governed by each individual third-party supplier / manufacturer’s suggested lead time. Whilst we will endeavour to keep these manufacturing times as lean as possible, we cannot take responsibility for untimely deliveries due to problems occurring during the manufacturing process. Please see individual product lead times shown in the product listings for guidelines.
Whilst we rely upon the services of third-party manufacturers and couriers and are always endeavouring to always meet timelines and delivery schedules, there are unfortunately a few occasions when these third-party manufacturers and couriers fail to deliver on the appointed day. This can happen, but rarely, however it does occur. We therefore cannot be held responsible for the late delivery of an item, or any costs incurred by customer’s tradesmen unable to work, therefore please ensure that you have the correct materials ordered before booking in any trades.
Please also bear in mind that we are a sound insulation and systems distributor and are not couriers. At buildmatic.co.uk we pride ourselves on service, and while that means that we can dispatch some goods within 24 hours on a next business day service. The deliveries themselves are obviously outside of our control and are subject to variations in weather conditions, localised traffic issues or other factors that could disrupt the service they provide to you.
We are therefore not responsible for any such delay or consequential loss, we will, of course track your order and do everything in our power to keep you informed and liaise with the manufacturers courier services to help get your consignment delivered in a timely fashion. Please read the delivery terms and conditions in our store policies page for detailed information. If you have any queries concerning your order, please do not hesitate to contact us. We work closely with our manufacturers and courier partners to ensure the best possible product and delivery service to all destinations while keeping the prices as low as possible.
For some items: such as the channels or furring bars, these may not arrive in the same delivery along with the other items you've ordered (example, If I order 20nr Channels and 60nr Resound Boards) these will arrive separately however should arrive the same day, but this is not guaranteed. This is due to the size and weight of these items e.g. the channels, if we we were to put these goods together with your other items, products like the channel would take up 2 pallet spaces, causing the delivery fee to, in some cases double or triple. For that reason we use a courier to deliver these goods, so that we can keep the delivery costs as low as possible for you.
