Can reduce structure born noise in timber & metal stud partitions when applied to all surfaces in contact with the buildings structure

Easily applied to timber joists providing a resilient layer for a conventional timber floor. Tongue & Groove flooring may be laid where possible with no fixing to joist to create a floating floor system.
